HCResource’s Behavioral Health unit provides community-based services in the areas of Mental Illness, Mental Retardation, and Developmental Disabilities.  HCResource Behavioral Health provides services to adults, children, and families, to help them manage mental and behavioral issues in their lives.  Through the Person-Centered approach, the consumer is the center of focus and plays an active role in the creation and execution of treatment plans.  Because our staffs work in partnership with you, as opposed to in lieu of you, an effective solution is always reached and improvements are vast.

Community Support Adult & Child
 
We provide community integration and independence through creative, innovative services & treatment strategies adapted to the consumer's need. 

 

Community Support Team

Our team provides intensive rehabilitation services, psyco-education, symptom management and support of the individuals and their families.

 

Targeted Case Management Services

Professional staff assist individuals & families with access to community resources.

 

CAP-MR/DD Services

We provide mentoring, teaching & support to adults & children with developmental disabilities. 

 

Diagnostic Services
 
The clinical staff evaluates the clinical and functional needs of individuals and families through a person-centered approach.  
 

Out-Patient Therapy

 

Intensive In Home Services

This team consists of a lead clinican to provide weekly individual or family therapy. The team also consists of two other qualified team members to do hands on skill building and role modeling.
